Refunds

Flowjot's 7-day refund window for new signups, and why renewals are non-refundable.

Our 7-Day Satisfaction Period

New to Flowjot? Your first billing cycle comes with a 7-day satisfaction period. If Flowjot isn’t the right fit, request a refund within 7 days of your signup date — email team@flowjot.com — and we’ll refund your first payment in full.

This applies to new signups in their first billing cycle only, and refund requests are reviewed per our Terms & Conditions.

Renewals Are Non-Refundable

After your first 7 days, payments are non-refundable. That includes renewals, ongoing subscription cycles, and any unused time left in a cycle. Per our Terms & Conditions, we don’t refund renewals or partial cycles.

No Contracts — Cancel Anytime

Flowjot is month-to-month, with no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the cycle you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. See Canceling Your Subscription.

Because renewals aren’t refundable, the way to avoid a charge you don’t want is to cancel before your next billing date. You can check that date anytime in your portal — see How Billing Cycles Work.

Making The Most Of Your Time

If you do cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current cycle. It’s worth submitting any remaining requests before then so you get the most out of the time you’ve paid for.

Important: If you don’t cancel, your subscription renews automatically at your next billing date. To cancel, go to Settings at portal.flowjot.com/settings inside the Flowjot Portal.
